You know, sometimes you get really stressed.For work, or school.So what do you do? Some people listen to music(that's me),read books(that's me) or play with slime(that's me too).Either way,you would definitely do something you enjoy.But have you thought of other relaxations,like a different kind...
Coined in 2010,ASMR(autonomous sensory meridian response) is a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body. Also known as "brain massage," it's triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles.
